Stock and Availability
Sometimes, we might run out of stock after you've placed your order. If that happens, we'll send you what we have and get in touch to ask if you'd like to wait for the restock or prefer a refund.

Shipping Costs
The cost for shipping your order is figured out at checkout. It depends on how much your package weighs, its size, and where it's going. You'll see the final shipping cost when you pay for your order.

Returns

Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you change your mind within 7 days after receiving your product, and it's still in its original condition and packaging, you can return it. You'll need to cover the return shipping cost and arrange it yourself. Once we get the product back and check that it's all good, we'll give you a store credit or a Coupon Code for your next purchase. We don't refund the original shipping cost, though.

Delivery Info
Delivery Time in Our Country
It usually takes about 5 - 7 days for orders to get delivered within our country.

International Delivery
For orders going abroad, expect a delivery time of 10 - 18 days, depending on the courier. We can give you a better estimate when you choose your shipping option at checkout.

Sending Out Your Order
We aim to send out orders within 2 business days. Our warehouse is open Saturday - Thursday, except on national holidays. We'll let you know if there's any delay.

Changing Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, just email us. We can do it any time before we send your order.

P.O. Box Shipping
We can send prepaid orders to P.O. boxes through postal services. However, courier services aren't available for P.O. box addresses.

Out-of-Stock Items
If something's out of stock, we'll hold your order until we can send everything together.

Late Deliveries
If your order's taking longer than expected, please get in touch so we can look into it.

Tracking Your Order
Once we send your order, we'll give you a tracking link so you can see where it is and how it's progressing.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, try to refuse it and tell our customer service. If you find out after it's been delivered, contact us with photos and videos of the damage so we can help.

Duties & Taxes

The price you see on our website includes sales tax.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you might have to pay import duties and taxes when your order arrives. These costs are your responsibility, so please check with your local customs office. If you decide not to pay and the order is sent back to us, we'll refund you the cost of the goods minus the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost won't be refunded.

Cancellations
Change your mind? You can cancel any time before we dispatch your order. If the order's already on its way, check our return policy.

Insurance
Your parcel is insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

Damaged in Transit
If something goes wrong and your parcel is damaged, we'll sort out a refund or replacement once the courier has looked into it.

Lost Parcels
If your parcel gets lost, we'll start a refund or replacement process once the courier confirms it's lost.
